Advanced Cleansing With Spirulina

Directions: Juice all ingredients, incorporate the spirulina and purified water and drink right away.

  • 8 oz of brewed green tea
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon of spirulina
  • 1/2 teaspoon of raw honey (optional)

Directions: Boil a kettle of water. Turn the kettle off and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.  Once the water has slightly cooled, pour that water directly into the tea bag, cover it with a small plate and let it steep for 3-4 minutes. Once your tea is brewed add in your coconut oil, then add in your spirulina and honey.

* Super Veggie Cleansing Smoothie

  • one small tomato
  • ¼ of a cucumber
  • one bell pepper
  • one jalapeno
  • ¼ of an onion
  • 1-2 cloves of raw garlic
  • 1-2 stalks of celery
  • 3-4 big handfuls of greens of choice
  • 1 tsp kelp
  • 2 tsp spirulina
  • 2 cups water
  • a handful of ice cubes

Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, Enjoy!
