Recipe Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbs.Ground Turmeric (Curcumin)
  • 1 Tbs. Saffron Strands
  • 2 Tbs. Ground Cardamom
  • 1/2 Cup Dried Rose Petals (ground)
  • 1/3rd Cup Dried Chamomile (ground)
  • Raw Honey (optional)


  1. Mix all the spices and dried herbs together and store in an airtight glass jar.
  2. Boil one and a half cups of water.
  3. Add 1 Tbs.of the mixture and let it boil for 2 min.
  4. Strain, add your sweetener and have it.
  5. You can also let it steep for 10-15 min before serving.
