  • 2 cups kale
    2 cups coconut milk
    2 cups pineapple
    1 cup mango
    Juice of ½ lemon
    1 Tablespoon fresh ginger
    ¼ to 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric, to taste

Directions: Blend kale and coconut milk until smooth,add remaining ingredients, and blend until smooth. Enjoy the taste!

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (substitute any other berry)
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey (substitute maple syrup)

The Add-ons

  • 1 tablespoon flax or chia seeds
  • 1 cup spinach, kale, or other leafy green
  • 1/2 tablespoon cacao powder or nibs
  • 1 serving of your preferred protein or green super food powder

Directions: Place all of the ingredients into your high-speed blender and blend away for around 30-45 seconds or until nice.

  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup chilled unsweetened coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut milk

  • 1/2-inch fresh turmeric, peeled and roughly chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon ground)
  • 1/2-inch fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder (optional)

Directions: Place the oatmeal in a blender and process until finely ground. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and process until smooth. For a thicker smoothie, let it stand for about 5 minutes before serving, serves for 1.

Coconut turmeric smoothie

Super Power Morning Turmeric Smoothie

  • 1 large handful roughly chopped kale, spinach, collards, or a combination
  • 1 frozen peeled banana, cut into several pieces
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2-inch fresh turmeric, peeled and roughly chopped (or 1/2 teaspoon ground)

Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until completely uniform in color and all the bits of green are pulverized. Serve immediately.Enjoy !
