  • 1 papaya
  • 400 ml carrot juice
  • 4 passion fruits
  • 2 tablespoons wheatgerm
  • ice cubes

Directions: 

  1. Cut the papaya in half and scrape out seeds with a spoon.
  2. Peel the papaya and chop the flesh coarsely.
  3. Puree in blender with the carrot juice.
  4. Cut the passion fruits half and strain the pulp through a sieve so that the seeds are left behind.
  5. Add the passion fruit juice and wheatgerm to the papaya-carrot mixture.
  6. Mix everything and pour immediately over ice cubes in glasses.
