  • 1/2 cup pataya peeled
  • 1 gram of chia seeds, soaked for 5 minutes
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 4 ounces unsweetened almond milk

Directions: Put the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

  • 1/2 cup pataya, peeled
  • 5 large strawberries
  • 1 small banana, peeled
