Raw Organic Apple Cider Vinegar not only is it rich in vitamins and minerals it is believed to block histamine reactions which causes the hypersensitivity to environmental allergies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Tbs local honey
    1 Tbs raw organic apple cider vinegar
    1 tall glass warm water

Directions: Place honey and raw organic apple cider vinegar in a tall glass and fill will warm water. Stir to dissolve honey and drink away. Drink this twice a day. You can also add a squeeze a lemon for extra deliciousness!

2. Probiotic Cucumber  Allergy Drink

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups cucumber, unpeeled, chopped
    1 cup plain non-fat yogurt with probiotic bacteria
    Fresh lemon juice
    Pinch of salt
    Pinch of freshly ground black pepper
    Crushed ice
    Lemon wedges, for garnish

Ingredients:

2 cups water
2 1/2 tsp loose green tea leaves (loose leaves release more catechin than tea bags)

Directions: Boil the water. Place green tea leaves in tea pot and pour boiling water into the pot.     1 1/2 cup honeydew melon, chopped

    1 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped
    Fresh lemon juice
    Crushed ice
    Lemon wedges, for garnish
    Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Directions: Combine all the ingredients, except the lemon wedges and mint leaves, in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into glasses and garnish with lemon wedges and mint leaves.

  • 1 part Stinging Nettle (dried and properly processed)
  • 2 parts Lemon Balm
  • 10 Elder Berries
