This juice is designed to help begin the cleansing process overall. Lemon helps detoxify the liver and dissolve mucous. Apple helps break down toxins in the intestinal tract. Swiss chard help cleanse the body, and regenerate cells, blood and the respiratory system.

  • 1 green apple (cored)
  • 3 to 4 stalks of kale (or equivalent in spinach)
  • 2 stalks Swiss chard
  • 1/2 to 1 lemon (yellow rind removed)

Directions: Process everything through your juicer and Enjoy !

Midday Cleansing Green Juice

This juice is designed to physically cool and hydrate the body with watermelon. Lime helps break down toxins and amps up the Vitamin C content. Mint is great in aiding digestions and is also cooling, while basil adds a punch of flavor, chlorophyll and is anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory.

  • 1/4 small watermelon (including rind and all)
  • 1 lime (rind removed)
  • 1 to 2 solid handfuls of fresh basil or mint (juiced stems and all)

Evening Cleansing Juice

This is a mellowing green juice laden with minerals from the romaine and celery, which helps induce sleep. Cucumber adds the hydration and silica that the entire body craves. The lemon pump up the cleansing properties and the flavor, making this juice an exceptional juice anytime, but especially for evening.

  • 1/2 head of romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 lemon (yellow rind removed)
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • half a cucumber
  • handful of cilantro (substitute parsley)
