To beat that queasy feeling, try this post party detox tips which might help you restore balance to your internal organs and systems.
While the research on this topic is limited and there’s no one solution to fix all the symptoms of a hangover, a few things can help alleviate specific problems.

Post Party Detox Drinks:

Drink lemon water 

Drinking a pint of water before you go to bed will help to lower your dehydration levels before you wake up. Drink a full glass of lemon water when you wake up before you eat breakfast.  It alkalizes the body and improves digestion.

Ginger Solution

One option is to boil 10-12 pieces of fresh ginger root in about four cups of water and add the juice of one orange, half a lemon and half cup of honey.

Mint aids digestion, increases bile flow from the liver, and helps soothe your stomach and tension headaches. Cucumbers are filled with Vitamin K and extra water.Cover and place in the fridge and drink during the day.

A bouillon soup is a thin broth that is based on vegetables. It’s a good source of the vitamins and minerals you need to replenish when you’re hungover. It’s also perfect if you are feeling very fragile and might struggle to keep down solid foods.

Mango Kale After Party Smoothie

  • 2 c. Kale (or spinach and spring greens)
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 T. Lemon juice.
  • Once liquefied, add 2/3 c. Frozen mango pieces and blend until smooth.

Post Party Extreme Liver Cleanse

  • 1 grapefruit
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    3 cups water
    4 Tbs. Epsom salt and blend until smooth.v

Alkaline Liver Cleanse

  • 2 grapefruit
    4 lemons
    2 cloves garlic, grated
    2 inches ginger, grated
    2 Tbs flax oil
    1 tsp acidophilus
    dash of cayenne (optional)

Directions: Juice the lemon and the grapefruit, then add the other ingredients to the juice.
