1. Green Juice

- Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
- Fresh Lemons
- Purified Water
Directions: Mix all the ingredients very well. Drink this juice for 4 days.
2. Cranberry Juice
Cranberries reduce the calcium phosphate. The excess of calcium oxalate can be the principal cause to blame for kidney stones.
Cranberry juice helps you avoid renal infections. Consume organic free of sugar, artificial and preserving flavors.
- 2 quarts Water
- 8 cups fresh or frozen Cranberries
- 1-1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Orange juice
- In a soup kettle, bring water and cranberries to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until berries begin to pop.
- Strain through a fine strainer, pressing mixture with a spoon; discard berries.
- Return cranberry juice to the pan. Stir in the sugar, lemon and orange juice. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from the heat. Cool. Transfer to a pitcher; cover and refrigerate until chilled.
