Unconditionally Healthy Black Sapote or Chocolate Pudding Fruit

Black Sapote or Chocolate Pudding Fruit is like a tomato fruit a large berry with a thin and soft firm rind.
It has a shining dark green layer with brown specs.
The fruit flesh is dark brown and custard like Chocolate.
This fruit has sweet, creamy pulp that’s fruit salads or shakes are in wonderful.
There are several different types of sapotes and each one has a different nutrition profile:

  • 2 Sapodilla, peeled and deseeded
    1 Mango, peeled and pitted
    1/2 cup Pineapple, cubed
    2 cups fresh Baby Spinach (or other leafy green)
    8 ounces of Coconut water

Instructions: Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth,enjoy!

2. Black Sapote Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 Black Sapote
    Blueberries (handful)
    Milk of choice optional
    Coconut milk optional
    Ice  and Your desired choice of sweetener

 Instructions: Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth put lots of ice and then sweeten as desired.

3. Mamey Tangerine Smoothie

  • 1 Mamey, peeled and pitted
    1 Banana, peeled
    2 Tangerines, peeled and deseeded
    2 teaspoons of Chia seeds, ground
    2 cups fresh leay Green (your choice)
    8 ounces of Coconut water

Instructions: Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth,enjoy!

Mamey Tangerine Smoothie

4.Vanilla Sapote Smoothie

  • flesh of one ripe Black Sapote
    4 tsp of Honey
    1 tsp of Vanilla essence
    half a nip of Rum
    half litre of partly-frozen Milk

Instructions: Blend all ingredients until thick and add Cinnamon (optional), enjoy cold.

5. Black Sapote Ginger Smoothie

  • 1/3 cup Black Sapote, mashed
    1 Banana, peeled
    1 teaspoon fresh Ginger, grated
    1 dash Cinnamon
    1/4 Vanilla bean
    8 ounces of Water or Coconut water

Instructions: Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth,enjoy!
